Information for Lichfield Guildhall

Selling Time 10 am till 3pm
We provide 1 x 6ft Table
1 x Chair (2 if required)
1 table cloth
Limited electric points are available for additional lighting
You will be able to get in / setup from the front of the building from 9.00 am.
One of us will be at the front. Put your stock inside the door, then park your car.
The wardens work from 7.30 and they will book you if your car is unattended. There is no reasoning with them.
It’s the same getting out. Bring your stock down stairs, then go and get your car.
You can place your stock in the corridor outside the hall but don’t come in until 9.00 as we will be setting out the hall.
Your name or your business name will be on your table. Please don’t change the layout.
Try to present yourself and your table in a professional manner if you want people to buy your stock.
We will provide a long table cloth to hide your stock as well as look good. Respect other stall holders, don’t block their access with your stock and keep your working area tidy.
You are exhibiting in a Grade II listed building. We are obliged to look after it so no hangings on the walls, no naked flames.
Spaces are allocated to a structured floor plan so we cannot guarantee that you will be in the same spot if you have traded with us before.
NOTE, YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO MOVE ANY TROLLEYS OR STOCK AROUND UNTIL ALL MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC HAVE LEFT THE HALL
You must have a relevant hygiene certificate if you plan to sell food stuffs.
If you plan to sell handmade cosmetics, soaps or body products you must have the appropriate safety assessments.
The fair organisers do not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to any property brought to the event or personal injury whilst at the event. It is the responsibility of the stallholders to take out their own insurance for the event.
Any special requirements must be made by email.
Your booking will be only be confirmed once your payment has been received in full.
Our bank details will be given to you when you have returned the booking form.
NO Form, NO Payment = No Booking
All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE – The only instance in which a refund will be issued is if the event is cancelled by WOW Events.
